Returns/Refund Policy
We trade in good faith and would expect the same from our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods delivered either due to damage or the product not being “fit for purpose” please contact the website via email or phone. We will either exchange the product or ensure a full refund including return postage.

However goods may not be refunded if the product was chosen from our site in error. The customer will be responsible to return such product at his own expense and should the customer wish to exchange such product then a new transaction will be necessary.

All goods returned must be packaged properly in the original state. Products delivered damaged should be reported immediately to the website.

We will trade up to and including Christmas Eve. Last shipping orders will be Thursday 20th December orders to be received before 11am for final shipping.
